Rental Policies & Important Information To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and stress-free experience on the water, please review the following policies before booking your pontoon rental.

Operator Requirements All vessel operators must be at least 25 years of age and present a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.

Safety & Capacity Our 24-foot pontoon accommodates up to 11 passengers maximum. This limit is strictly enforced.

In accordance with South Carolina law, children under 12 years of age must wear a U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jacket at all times while on board.

A safety and operational overview will be provided prior to departure and must be followed throughout the rental period.

Prohibited Items & Boat Care For the safety of our guests and to protect our equipment, the following items are not permitted on the boat: Pets Glass containers Grills or open flames Please dispose of all trash in the bins provided. Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal wear.

Fuel Policy Fuel Made Simple To keep our rentals simple and care-free, all pontoon rentals will have a flat fuel-surcharge, This will automatically be added at checkout when booking.

Half-Day Rental: $40 fuel surcharge

Full-Day Rental: $80 fuel surcharge

Waivers & PaymentA signed liability waiver and a credit card on file are required to reserve and operate the watercraft. The card on file may be used for fuel charges, damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Weather Your safety is our top priority.

Guest Cancellations: Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled rental will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling Requests: Requests made at least 72 hours in advance may be accommodated at no additional cost. Requests made within 72 hours of the rental will incur a $200 cancellation/rescheduling fee.

Weather Policy: If severe or unsafe weather conditions (such as thunderstorms or high winds) make boating unsafe, we will contact you and offer to reschedule your rental at no additional cost. Weather-related decisions are made at our discretion with safety as the priority. Light rain, cloudy conditions, or non-hazardous forecasted weather do not qualify for weather-related cancellations.

No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled rental time without prior notice will result in a charge of the full rental amount.

How to Cancel or Reschedule: All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be by phone.
